Somewhat. The product my company sells has a very specific UI that fits some very complex things it does. To add new types of instruments to the package, we would create a shared library and tell the product to load it (via dlopen). The product extension is used by a small number of customers, but most of the extension is done by the development group. As a result, the documentation and examples give you the basics. The important part of the product is the math behind it. While the UI is necessary it is a small, but necessary part. -- Jerry Feldman <[hidden email]> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
