High side, definitely, but quality of service technically is superb, and tech support (real 24/7, too) is very good. Been with them for several years. I do wish I'd have maybe twice the speed, though. One tech. support fellow gracefully declined when I asked for help with Opera e-mail; that's reasonable. One way to look at it is that by charging more, they can provide better service, and have enough income to carry them through rough spots. Just recalled that Verizon probably was censoring some content, perhaps political left, but don't recall any details.
