Are you sure about that? Have you closely examined the terms of service? 

As a practical matter, they may not be blocking anything now, but their 
terms of service probably permit them to invoke blocking at their whim. 
This seems to be typical of ISPs that have a consumer division, even if 
you are dealing with the business division. 

Is that a good enough to run a business on?
