As an aside, for those who were _really_ eager to point out I should/need to learn the true source of the problem, in most cases, that's exactly what I try to do. I usually ask pointed questions and drill to the source of the real issue. But, in this case, I didn't have that option. On the flip side, sometimes I'm not sure what the available options are, so asking the list for answers to what I do know can help lead to the questions I need to ask to get to specifics.
