Only problem is this: as I mentioned elsewhere in this thread, Mac OS X includes an X server. You could run everything remotely using OS X's X11 just the same. I've done it, it even works and stuff. Honestly, I rather like Linux too. Hell, I even work for one of the biggest Linux vendors in the world and get paid to hack on the Linux kernel.
