Unless your builds are very complicated, rather than jumping though hoops, HP's testdrive has a full development environment on their systems. They generally have both GCC as well as Intel's compiler. As Jarod mentioned, you can cross compile to Itanium architecture on both 32-bit and 64-bit x86, but you need the complete development environment.
