At the installfest, when I got there I registered with MIT successfully, but when John set up his wireless, it not only knocked me off MIT, but I was not able to connect to either. At home, the wireless connects to my Linksys using WEP 128, and at work where there are about 30 different wireless signals, I usually connect via WPA/TKIP. I use network manager, and I was able to detect both MIT as well as JABR's. Most of the time, I can connect to MIT with no problems. -- -- Jerry Feldman <[hidden email]> Boston Linux and Unix PGP key id: 537C5846 PGP Key fingerprint: 3D1B 8377 A3C0 A5F2 ECBB CA3B 4607 4319 537C 5846 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
