Unless you're using a Mac, in which case VMware beats the pants off it. 
The last time you touted Virtual Box I checked their site, but the Mac 
beta was not yet public.  From the release notes from the current public 
beta: 

Currently, we are aware of the following issues: 
  No support for Host Interface Networking 
  No support for Internal Networking 
  No support for audio input 
  No support for VT-x/AMD-V (rarely required 
  No support for raw disk access 
  USB support is not stable and full functional yet 
  The numlock emulation isn't implemented yet 

And "seamless mode" doesn't look too impressive compared to 
Fusion/Parallels.  I'll have to check again in six months.
