Indeed. I have used Speakeasy for a few years, and on the whole, they have   
been excellent; their Web mail isn't as good as I'd hope for, but I rarely   
need to use it. So far, I use only POP3, but, 
the reason I'm posting is to say that any mention I might have made in the   
past about very-annoying eternal stalls during POP3 fetch is not their   
fault at all; it's apparently over-zealous CA security suite intercepts of   
dubious messages that don't inform the user. 

Since they were bought, I haven't noticed any deterioration in QoS (in any   
sense).
