It is The Awesome.  I'd highly recommend it for anyone managing more   
than one server.  And you all do!  Because eventually your one server   
will turn into two, either by replacement or addition. 

The first "slides" link on http://develooper.com/talks/ (from the   
MySQL conference just this week) has a few configuration examples   
(very brief, starting around page 129)
