problem with IBM server

 hi 

i am using IBM eserver 225 series.... 
but now when in boot it it show error message like 

no scsi controller installed 
os not installed 

tell me how i recover from this error i have some sensitive data on my disks..... 
server was running on linux 

tell me also some configuration abt its RAID controller
