I have an Intel Mac Mini that dual-boots Fedora 9 and Mac OS X 10.5 and 
an Intel iMac that dual-boots Fedora 8 and Mac OS X 10.5. Its pretty 
much as simple as resizing your HFS+ partition while under Mac OS X to 
make room for Linux, then booting the standard x86 or x86_64 Linux 
installation media by holding down the 'c' key. From there, everything 
is just like any other computer.
