And they aren't even that good at their "core competency". For example, 
people like me losing voice service. And RCN in Somerville only delivers 
the left audio channel of Comedy Central. 

I heard on the radio this morning that cable and satellite TV companies 
are rating lowest ever with consumers. As an industry they are rated 
only ahead of airlines.
