My transition from the clothed to the naked DSL was handled a bit
clumsily. The result was that I wasn't aware that I had gone naked
until several months later, and I could have dropped the Verizon phone
line a lot earlier than I did.
Also, they were quite frustrating during that 10 days of Verizon house
arrest. I understand that most of the problem wasn't them, but they
could at least have let me tell them about it.
So I'm to jumping on the bandwagon to canonize Speakeasy, although I
am on the whole a satisfied customer.
