T1 or fractional T1 vendors in MA?

 I am so sick of Comcast. Port blocking for one. Suspicious 
shaping/monitoring activity for another. My comcast email suddenly has no 
email in it. Today there has been an outage for hours. 

Does anyone know of a good/cheap T1/fractional T1 provider in the area? I 
figure I could bring my colo machines home, save that money, get rid of my 
comcast internet bill, and maybe host some machines in my basement to 
break even.
