There's several LUG's with active mailing lists in the Bay Area, such as: 

BALUG 
NBLUG 
SVGUG 
LUGOD 

I'm sure you'll be able to find them via a web search. 

That said, though, I'm not sure that they all allow job posts, so please 
check the terms. 

Can't speak for Seattle.
