matt, if you figure out to raise the priority of your projects over the 'honey do' projects, PLEASE let us know! ;>)) -----Original Message----- From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of Matthew Gillen Sent: Thursday, June 12, 2008 3:24 PM To: L-blu Subject: Re: Home Ethernet wiring Thanks everybody for the responses! Really good info and leads. The PI Manufacturing place has some tool-less keystone jacks that look pretty cool, even has a slide show on how to use them: http://www.pimfg.com/ifaq/cat6keystone.htm The patch-panel advice that several people mentioned was something I hadn't even considered. I was assuming I'd just go straight form the wall jacks into a switch, but I am starting to see why that's a bad idea. Now I just need to figure out how to get *my* projects higher priority on the "honey-do" list my wife has for me...
