Sending email with Exim as TLS client (smarthosting to GMail)

It turns out that the passwd.client file needed to be adjusted because
of the way that Google has multiple aliases for their smtp.gmail.com
host. If I try sending mail to
"smtp.gmail.com" it may get handled by
"gmail-smtp-msa.l.google.com"

So, instead of a single value for the host portion like

smtp.gmail.com:greg.rundlett-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w at public.gmane.org:password

I used wildcards instead:

*.google.com:greg.rundlett-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w at public.gmane.org:password
*.gmail.com:greg.rundlett-Re5JQEeQqe8AvxtiuMwx3w at public.gmane.org:password
