Hmm.  Doesn't Gnome just read those config file?  If that's the case, it
shouldn't be a problem.  I'll admit I still don't understand exactly
what happens behind the scene with the dual screen.  It appears visually
that there are two different versions of Gnome running, but I don't see
two sets of config files.
