Eclipse not letting me edit a file under CVS

Hello:

I can edit this file using emacs:

> ls -l CryptoInfoAgent.pm
-rw-rw-r-- 1 dsweetser users 3055 2009-02-09 10:40 CryptoInfoAgent.pm

I go to use Eclipse, and it says the file is read-only.  It is the
same file in my workspace. I am new to Eclipse, but want to use it
more, but not being able to edit an editable file is not good for my
constitution.  Ideas?
