openx question

I am looking help to setup openx. I google a lot but still unable to find the answers.

Openx: install openx 2.6.2. and try to setup maintenance.

There is error on the debuglog:
Automatic Maintenance Task not run: could not acquire lock

Also on the web, it stated:
Automatic maintenance is enabled, but it has not been triggered. Automatic maintenance is triggered only when OpenX delivers banners. For the best performance, you should set up scheduled maintenance.

Already setup crontab to run the maintenance. However, the site was not showed it.

xxxxx.inc.php is a+w.
