Postfix mail question - mail relay and mailertable

I used to work with Sendmail and new to Postfix. 
Mail relay 
Sendmail is /etc/mail/access
For Postfix, I am not sure if it is same file /etc/postfix/access and it seems I have to modify main.cf
Mailertable
Sendmail is /etc/mail/mailertable
How about Postfix?

Anyone help is much appreciated.
