Lantronix has a single-machine KVM-over-IP widget, the SecureLinx Spider, that would let you reboot with Ctrl-Alt-Del. I believe they run about $500. http://www.lantronix.com/it-management/kvm-over-ip/securelinx-spider.html When Ctrl-Alt-Del isn't enough, another option is a remote-access power switch..
