Suggestion for PHP Framework or CMS system

Hello Matt:

I will be giving a talk to the group next week. ?Point number one will
be that collecting content is the number one job for setting up and
maintaining the web site (meaning I concur with Richard).

Drupalmodules.org was where I search when I need more functionality
without having me learn how to code for Drupal. ?If you have a
database you wish to look at 7 different ways, either mySQL or
postgreSQL, things called CCK and Views will present them many
different ways with fairly low work. ?I will show one example where I
designed a complicated content type, and then view it 4 different ways
in the same website. ?I have not had to code in PHP or mySQL, but I
have needed to invest time in understanding Drupal-speak.

I am not a Drupal-zealot because there is a serious cost to choosing
this approach, yet the power out of the box is impressive.
Doug
