Hello: One could also try jason, the anti-xml approach. Jason triest to be nothing but data as an array, while XML has tags that say what the data is in a way humans can read if they can follow all the nested tags. Granted I have used neither, but those are the two big fish in the sea of web data exchanges. Doug
