Flash player works only for a while

FYI, it's not just on Ubuntu.  I see this on Fedora.  Still 32-bit.
I do have npviewer (and the nswrapper) installed.  I've pretty much given
up on watching YouTube online so I just download the videos I care
about and watch them using mplayer.
