RSync backup issue

Add the login and program to /etc/sudoers and run it with sudo.  No promise that this is the 100% correct syntax:

administrator	ALL=/path/to/script

This is not an rsync issue.  It's an ssh issue, and you need to set up the keys appropriately and probably allow non-password logins on 192.168.247.34.
