First one quick and easy way to sync across platforms directly, is through google. It will sync with bb, android or iphone. Can do it for just a one off if you want. Second I've been using the 8830 on sprint for a couple years and its been pretty good. I have noticed many of the "speed" issues are really latency, which may or may not be blackcerry specific. Not sure how the blacberry infrastructure ties in but it could be a factor. Personally I would like to move to an android solution, however I am currently tied to an exchange server and not paying the bill so...
