It isn't 30% pilot error. Access points suck. All of them. Cost is irrelevant. Manufacturer is irrelevant. Eventually some table will fill up and cause something to crash. Then the AP goes stupid and needs to be reset. I've seen it on the original Lucent access points. I've seen it on Linksys, Apple, Netgear, D-Link. I've seen it on state of the art Cisco. Next access point I get will be one I can flash in a full DD-WRT. I will set up a cron job that makes the AP reboot itself at oh dark thirty. --Rich P.
