Interesting. BTW: On Comcast, my download speed has been well above 
20Mbps for quite a while, but upload speed is low, but I don't run any 
servers.
Download Speed: *38197* kbps (4774.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: *7781* kbps (972.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
