A bit OT: Help with web merchant selection

I am setting up my first web site to conduct sales for my own startup
business (we'll see if even gets past the hobby stage...)

For payment, I was planning to use Paypal.  Ideas on how to do this?
Other methods/sites to use?

I also seek help in locating the right parties to put the product
together per the orders that come in, and ways to present the
different ways the product can be displayed.

I have a domain name with pair.com.    Anyone here use them?   How
much of this process do they help with?

I'm also planning to get a PO Box with the company/domain name.
