I use my PDA (now an Android) to record my work hours as I have been doing 15 years. (Old habbit from being a contactor for 20 years). With the Android, it initially sets the current time, and I manually set my expected departure time at 5:30. This morning is was 8:08AM to 5:30PM. The accuracy does not really matter, but it's just easier to accept the start time as actual. I'm not going to get docked if I work 7:59 hours :-). I happened to check my Outlook calendar, and it says 8:09AM to 5:31PM. Google Calendar that it syncs from is identical to my Android as expected. As I mentioned it really does not matter, and I would not even have noticed the actual times but I moved my mouse across it. I tend to be a bit anal about time because I've been burned by source code control systems where a 1 minute difference in a time stamp can make a huge difference if you are doing a complex build. --=20 Jerry Feldman <gaf-mNDKBlG2WHs at public.gmane.org> Boston Linux and Unix PGP key id: 537C5846 PGP Key fingerprint: 3D1B 8377 A3C0 A5F2 ECBB CA3B 4607 4319 537C 5846
