Ironically, that link only works in Firefox.
Neither the latest IE, nor Chrome are able to view it.

Believe it or not, today is the 2nd time in 2 days that I've seen a page
which only works in firefox.  The other one was a support request from one
of my users, who is trying to use an online form at one of our partners'
websites.  A chip fabrication company.  TSMC, if you happen to know them.
