Hi everyone, This is my first day on the list; I'm hoping that consultant requests are permitted here. I'm a Windows IT consultant and have a prospective client that requires someone with strong Linux skills in addition to someone (hopefully me) to support their Windows infrastructure. They have a Linux server that needs ongoing support. They've been burned in the past by their previous IT consultant, who was also a Windows specialist and claimed that he knew Linux (which he didn't). Anyway, I'm just trying to get an idea of who might be out there that would be interesting in partnering with me, likely as a sub-contractor, to support this client. The need is for strong Linux management and configuration skills, not just someone who's installed it and moved the cursor over the desktop. (Regrettably, I don't have any more information about the particular Linux variant in use right now. I do hope to get more detail within the next couple of days.) If interested, please contact me off-line from the list. Thank you, Brad Dinerman ________________________________________ Bradley J.
