Is there any joy left in this industry?

... though the first item on the job description is:

> Participate in ensuring the stability of all Museum information systems with teamwork and professionalism, including, but not limited to, carrying and responding to a mobile phone and being available when needed for critical system support.

(otherwise known as "You must carry a cell phone and can be called any time we want, even when you are not working") which has got to be *not so* fun. 

Sometimes I wonder if employers know when they are waving big red flags in front of potential employees.

P.S. Their work week is also Sunday through Thursday which is kind of interesting.
