evince config

running fc14 on an asus netbook.

i need some way to make evince come up with default scaling
eq "none" instead of "shrink to printable area".  i found a
file that looked appropriate:
        ~/.gnome2/evince/print-settings, 
but didn't see any entries that looked appropriate, nor
could i find a suitable man page.

any suggestions would be received gratefully.
