I hear something on NPR a few weeks back about employees leaving for better (new) jobs, that this was the fastest growing sector of new hires, people who already had a job. ie.. They said it was a good sign for the economy! I'd say definitely (b), and a some bit of (a) as well. There's a bunch of factors contributing to this, IMO: * companies are "unfreezing" their hiring freezes * companies are starting to grow/make money again * companies are finally starting to realize their employees are burned out doing multiple jobs and so are forced to hire * employees are starting to leave for better jobs, and so they need to hire replacements etc. DR _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list Discuss-mNDKBlG2WHs at public.gmane.org http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss Michael Webb | IT Manager Standard Duplicating Machine Corp 978-289-5408 direct | 978-886-1778 cell mwebb-Dt0PXscwUuU at public.gmane.org | www.sdmc.com NOTICE: This message is for the designated recipient only and may contain privileged or confidential information.
