I am possibly considering a color nook. I would prefer a Galaxy Tab, but it is too expensive for now. In any case, can the Nook download and read Kindle format ebooks since I got a couple of ebooks for Hannukkah. The Kindle would serve my purpose, but I like the features of the Color Nook. I know that there are Android Kindle Apps, but I'm not sure if you can get a Kindle app for the Nook (without rooting it). The only negative I have seen on the Color Nook is the battery life in terms of 8 hours vs. days for the Kindle and B&W Nook. --=20 Jerry Feldman <gaf-mNDKBlG2WHs at public.gmane.org> Boston Linux and Unix PGP key id: 537C5846 PGP Key fingerprint: 3D1B 8377 A3C0 A5F2 ECBB CA3B 4607 4319 537C 5846 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list Discuss-mNDKBlG2WHs at public.gmane.org http://lists.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss
