I never saw any reply about what specifically you wanted, so I just guessed you want to sync calendar, addressbook, etc via USB. Perhaps these all sprung up in the last year, but just by googling for a couple of minutes, I came across half a dozen. Companionlink, DejaOffice, MyLink, MyPhoneExplorer, android-sync.com ...
