[Discuss] List configuration change -- messages send to the list come "To" me?

I explained the issue in a previous message. The issue was specifically
with AOL members that could result in our server being blocked. Since
there are no AOL members on this list I turned off the option. Most of
the lists we run here have full personalization turned on.
