[Discuss] [OT] Least worst ISPs generally



I don't think that DSL is a very good solution for VOIP, but DSL is
different depending on the community and location. While companies like
Galaxy and TheCIA provide DSL service, the actual copper that goes into
your home is Verizon (or the local phone company). You can essentially
run most VOIP packages with any provider.
