Don't bother. Convert your TeX file to RTF with tex2rtf or latex2rtf. Then use LibreOffice to convert that to a Word file. Formatting at that point is a secondary concern. Anyone asking for a Word doc in addition to your PDF is probably going to stuff that file into Bullhorn. They're not going to care much what it looks like; all they want is something that they know Bullhorn will index. They've been told that Bullhorn will index Word files so they ask for Word files. --Rich P.
