[Discuss] [Position-available] Release/system architect-ish position available

This position is not fully defined yet, so please excuse my "fuzzyness".

I work at Workscape, and ADP company, in Marlborugh, MA.  We develop
talent management HR software, and offer HR services to other companies
(mostly large national and international companies).  One of my
coworkers is leaving, and we want to cover his functionality as soon as
possible.

This position mostly focuses on supporting our build and release
processes.  As an Agile Java/Flex shop with lots of unit tests and
continuous integration, we use lots of technologies, like Maven,
Surefure reports, Mercuial, Jenkins, Jira+Greenhopper, and Confluence.
Some on Windows, but mostly on Linux.

We're not just looking for someone to maintain these technologies.
We're looking for someone who can improve on what we have, hence the
"architect-ish" part.
