That can vary a bit according to what we already have on hand ready to refurbish... typically, a 1.2 GHz Pentium 4 with 384 megabytes of RAM is at about the dividing line these days. Printers we don't normally take, too often they have something a little wrong that we aren't prepared to fix, or require expensive cartridges. We don't have much space or demand for CRTs; I normally would gladly accept a small number of them if they could be delivered to the Ruggles Station area of Roxbury, but wouldn't try to arrange a pick up (I don't have a car but can usually get a ride to pick up more than 3 or 4 computers or flat panel monitors (15" and up)).
