Correction, because I spoke in absolute terms: 

All disk and storage bus errors (not memory or cpu errors), to a probability comparable to the number of atoms in the universe.  

(2^-256 ~= 10^-77, and by comparison, the probability of selecting the same atom twice in the universe ~= 10^-77 to 10^-82)
