In practice... either the Linksys WRT54GL or Buffalo WHR-G45S will do you well with Tomato firmware installed. Microcenter in Cambridge still has a few of the Linksys boxes in stock, although the price is a bit steep these days. I put Tomato on my '54GL a few months ago and it's been really solid, even better than it was with DD-WRT. And yes, it is capable of handling 50/25Mbps without sweating. -- Rich P.
