[Discuss] apache -- same old

running fc21 on acer aspire e1472P (fwiw)

set up /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf pretty much as is
except:

  <Directory "/srv/www/html">
	  Options Indexes FollowSymLinks ExecCGI
    	  AllowOverride None
	  Require all granted
  </Directory>

in /srv/www/html i have:

-rw-r--r--. 1 moylan moylan 451 141209:1417 off.htm
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root   root     7 150113:1220 off-lnk.htm -> off.htm
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root   root    28 150113:1224 off-lnk-moy.htm -> /home/moylan/www/lnk/off.lnk

the first two display correctly, the third:

i wondered if it might be some kind of permissions thing:
