Well, sort of, but be careful about what this really is. By default, everything stored on an iPhone or Android is replicated to Apple's or Google's servers. Apple and Google will provide these data to law enforcement when valid warrants are provided. This is what the "we cooperate with law enforcement" clauses mean. -- Rich P.
