I'm only saying, the truth may be exactly as described, but it's hearsay from a stranger on the internet - not exactly a reliable source - it may NOT be exactly as described.

If the truth is exactly as described, it's contrary to the MS recent years trend of opening source and playing nice cross-platform, but that wouldn't be surprising either.

Take it as a "maybe." And keep an open mind.
