[Discuss] mouse issue

my mouse intermittently freezes -- good for a couple of
seconds, and then freezes for a couple -- most
disconcerting.

intel nuc10
fc27 fresh install

symptems happen with nothing running -- no browser, no
terminal, just a blank screen, no cron, nothing in
the background.

any suggestions?
